how to work out your temporary password

This section explains how your temporary password is generated.

Your default password is your date of birth reversed (YYYYMMDD) - e.g. if you were born on 23 May 1960, your password would be 19600523. Once logged in you can update your password at any time.

PLEASE NOTE - if you have previously logged in to your user dashboard, and have changed your password, your temporary password will no longer exist and this system will NOT work.
